Avocado 'Bacon' cordyline jelly & marmaladeMedium sized fruit with smooth, thin, green skin. The skin remains green, but darkens slightly when ripe. Yellow green flesh of a light flavour, smooth and silky. Fruit size is from 280grms to 500grms. Easy to peel with a large seed at the centre. Mid winter variety. 12 months from flowering to harvest in cool climates. Harvest from late autumn to early spring. Early and consistent cropper. B type flowers; cross pollinate with Avocado Hass or Reed.
